Manager Settlement

Department: Operations

CTC Range: 12 – 15 Lakhs

Educational Qualification:

• First Class Graduate (preferably in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration).

Experience:

• 6–10 years in settlement operations within financial services, broking, or depository

domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end settlement processes for equity, derivatives, and other

instruments.

• Coordinate with exchanges, custodians, and clearing corporations.

• Monitor reconciliation of funds and securities on a daily basis.

• Ensure compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations.

• Implement process improvements and reduce settlement risks.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of NSCCL / ICCL / CDSL / NSDL settlement processes.

• Analytical and reconciliation skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
