Manager SFP Consumer Activation

Purpose Of The Job Lead activation and deployment across SFP and CC, translating portfolio and brand strategies into coordinated, high-quality field execution across priority consumer touchpoints and geographies.

Principal Accountabilities

• Develop integrated activation and deployment plans across categories
• Lead Brand Activators and allocate resources based on business priorities
• Translate SFP and CC brand plans into clear field execution requirements
• Coordinate activation calendars to minimize duplication and execution conflicts
• Manage agencies, suppliers and temporary activation resources
• Establish activation standards, briefing materials and field controls
• Monitor execution quality, consumer response and operational performance
• Capture field learning and recommend improvements to category and commercial teams
• Manage activation budgets and evaluate program effectiveness
• Ensure execution follows relevant company standards and approval requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
• Typically 6 to 8 years of experience in brand activation, field marketing, experiential marketing, sales deployment or trade marketing
• Experience leading field teams, agencies and complex activation calendars
• Exposure to multiple brands or categories is preferred
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail or regulated consumer products is advantageous.
