- Managing Claims Buddy - Claims helpline for LivLong customers and distribution partners
- Liasoning with TPAs/ ICs to establish sustainable TATs and SLAs for MIS, reporting and escalation response.
- Establish periodic review mechanism with internal (retail and corporate teams) and external (TPAs/ICs) stakeholders.
- Reviewing exception cases - E.g., Rejections, Deficiencies, long pending Ageing etc. and driving them to closure
- Managing response TATs for corporate cases and reviews for corporate claims at regular intervals
- Publishing Monthly, Quarterly, YoY analysis for corporate clients
