Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the construction and execution of utility-scale solar power projects. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end project execution from site mobilization to commissioning, ensuring delivery within timelines, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead utility-scale solar project construction and execution.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Supervise civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical construction activities.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and site productivity.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commissioning, and stakeholder teams.
• Ensure adherence to HSE/EHS, statutory, and quality compliance requirements.
• Manage project commissioning and successful handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 14-20 years of experience in Solar EPC/Renewable Energy Projects.
• Strong exposure to utility-scale solar power plant construction.
• Expertise in EPC project execution, contractor management, and site operations.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• BE/B.Tech in Engineering.
