Role: Team Lead/Ops Manager
Location: Preferably Mumbai, alternatively Bangalore/Chennai
Experience: 10+
Shift Timing: Should be flexible with Rotational/Night Shift
Education:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Bachelor&/Masters in B. Com/BMS/ BBA/MBA (can be marked optional or flexible)
Skills:
10+Years of experience working within SCM.
Monitor performance & drive internal reviews with team and leadership skills.
Delivery, quality and exception handling should be monitored.
Potential risks identification and management •
Contract administration to ensure that the day-to-day procurement activities •
Meet the operational, functional and business objectives required by the contract and
provide a profitable interaction.
Experience in Supply Chain (Sourcing Procurement)
Experience in dealing with domestic and international suppliers / customers
Responsibilities:

Employee assessment and channelizing the workflow
