Manager - Sourcing (Sales)

Manager- Sales(Sourcing) will be responsible in developing and managing a strong network of brokers and channel partners ensuring sustained business growth through strategic partner sourcing and effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Development & Sourcing:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners, including brokers, real estate agents, and agencies
• Develop and implement strategic plans to source high-performing channel partners aligned with project targets.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners, providing regular engagement, support, and resources to enhance their effectiveness.
• Conduct broker meetings, training sessions, and site visits to encourage engagement and boost sales motivation.

Sales Enablement & Support:

• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure partners are aligned with project offerings, pricing, and promotional plans.
• Track sales funnels and follow up with brokers to ensure lead conversion and alignment with monthly targets.

Performance Monitoring:

• Regularly analyze and report on channel partner performance.
• Identify underperforming partners and take corrective action through re-engagement or replacement.

Market Intelligence:

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and changing customer preferences.
• Utilize insights to refine sourcing strategies and target new, untapped markets.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure that all activities comply with company policies and RERA regulations.
• Provide timely updates and management information system (MIS) reports to senior management on partner engagement and sales performance.
