Manager, Special Projects

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Special Projects to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will own the execution of high-impact operations and analytics initiatives that strengthen commercial reporting, data governance, and decision-making. The manager will partner closely with Revenue Operations, sales leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve the quality, scalability, and accessibility of core business data. A strong focus of the role will be building trusted reporting infrastructure, supporting planning processes, and using AI and automation to increase efficiency across commercial analytics.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data pipelines that consolidate commercial data into a trusted source
• Develop and automate reporting on key commercial metrics for leadership
• Enhance Revenue Operations analytics by implementing scalable data pipelines and reporting
• Lead technical execution for complex data platform initiatives
• Leverage AI and automation to improve reporting efficiency and accessibility
• Own the analytics platform and ensure best practices for data governance
• Support headcount and capacity planning for sales compensation alignment
• Analyze rep productivity to identify opportunities for performance improvement
• Build dashboards that support AI-powered reporting initiatives
• Resolve data quality issues and establish monitoring processes
• Collaborate with teams to translate business questions into robust data models

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in analytics or revenue/sales operations with ETL experience
• Proven ownership of analytics solutions for Revenue Operations
• Strong SQL skills; familiarity with Python and BI tools is a plus
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives
• Technical expertise in scalable data practices and standardized metrics
• Ability to translate business needs into effective data models and dashboards
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce and core sales processes
