• Shift timing 6 am to 3 pm & 2 PM to 11 PM
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills

Must have skills:

• This role is a blend of technical expertise and people management.
• Strong experience in Software Quality Assurance, Test Automation, and Quality Engineering.
• 6+ years of leadership experience managing and mentoring technical QA teams.
• Experience managing large teams in a matrixed enterprise environment.

Technical Expertise in below:

• Selenium, Java, TestNG, Maven, and Docker-based automation.
• Mobile Testing, including XCUITest for iOS automation.
• API Testing and REST API validation experience with automation frameworks.
• Designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins integration.
• Performance testing exposure
• Experience using GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development/testing tools.
