Role Overview

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits professional with strong hands-on experience in compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structure design and employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage compensation structures, salary bands, job grades and annual compensation review processes.
• Conduct job evaluation, job grading and compensation benchmarking using market surveys and industry data.
• Design and implement employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement benefits and employee welfare initiatives.
• Monitor compensation costs, pay equity and market competitiveness through data analytics.
• Develop compensation policies and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and business stakeholders on compensation decisions.
• Manage benefits vendors, renewals and negotiations to optimize costs and employee experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
• Strong expertise in job evaluation, compensation benchmarking and benefits program design.
• Experience in a leading FMCG company or a large organization preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel; SAP/HRMS experience is an advantage.
