Manager / Sr Manager - Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

• Monitor OPD, IPD, diagnostics, patient services, and support functions.

• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.

• Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, patient feedback, and departmental performance.

• Coordinate with clinical, nursing, administrative, finance, and support teams.

• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and improvement measures.

• Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, NABH standards, statutory requirements, and safety protocols.

• Manage manpower planning, resource utilization, and operational requirements.

• Handle patient grievances and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

• Prepare MIS reports and present operational performance to senior management.

• Support process improvement, cost optimization, and quality initiatives.

• Lead and mentor operations teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in Hospital/Healthcare Management or equivalent qualification.
