- Polymorph & solid state screening: Expertise in polymorph, salts, co crystals, hydrates, and solvates screening and crystallization.
- Crystallization process development: Develop and optimize crystallization processes to achieve desired forms.
- Cross functional collaboration: Work closely with synthesis R&D, analytical, formulation, and tech transfer teams.
- Solid state characterization: Apply techniques such as XRD, BET, DVS, and PLM.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve polymorph scale up issues.
- Regulatory compliance: Ensure awareness of regulatory expectations and ICH guidelines for different solid state forms.
- Documentation & problem solving: Prepare clear documentation and apply strong scientific problem solving skills.
