Manager / Sr. Manager - Projects & Pharma Engineering

Role & responsibilities:

• Exposure in all domains of civil, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, water, process machinery, automation, digital, TPM, operational excellence and energy saving.
• Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement new and innovative technologies from across the globe.
• Research and monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for technology adoption and process improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for implementation of new technologies.
• Prepare technical reports & presentations for management.
• Must have exposure of pharma domain.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Strong experience in Pharma Projects / Engineering
• Pharma domain experience is mandatory
• Certification in Automation, Digital or TPM preferred
