Manager, Strategic Sourcing

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will lead sourcing strategy and procurement execution across regional operations, with a focus on strengthening supplier relationships and improving service delivery. The manager will partner closely with account teams, client stakeholders, and internal leaders to align sourcing activities with business objectives. This position also plays a key role in driving compliance, enhancing processes, and mentoring sourcing staff in a decentralized environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $119,000 – $122,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with regional objectives
• Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships
• Conduct stakeholder briefings and client presentations
• Negotiate contract terms and service level agreements
• Serve as the main contact for account and client teams
• Utilize procurement software for supplier analysis and reporting
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and procurement processes
• Manage and mentor sourcing managers, fostering a culture of improvement
• Identify and implement process enhancements for sourcing operations

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in sourcing or procurement roles
• Strong leadership skills in a decentralized environment
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications
