Manager - Strategy Cell

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative, creative strategies tailored to pharma brand objectives.
• Lead and support digital transformation projects and customer engagement initiatives.
• Design and execute multi-channel and omnichannel media strategies to increase reach and impact.
• Manage multiple projects effectively to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless digital experiences.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in the healthcare sector, with a thorough understanding of the Indian pharma market and its key stakeholders.
• Strong strategic skills in pharma brand marketing and digital engagement.
• Excellent project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred hands-on experience with digital platforms such as Salesforce

Work Experience 4-5 years of experience in pharma marketing, preferably in a strategy role

Education Graduation in Science
