We Are Hiring – Manager Supply Chain

Hasan Suleman Memorial Hospital is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented Manager – Supply Chain to lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and cost-effective availability of medicines, medical supplies, equipment, consumables, and other hospital requirements through effective planning, procurement coordination, inventory control, and vendor management.

Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field. Professional certification will be preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5–8 Years of relevant experience, including managerial experience in a tertiary care hospital or healthcare organization.

Industry Preference: Hospital / Healthcare Sector

Key Areas of Experience & Responsibilities (Consolidated):

• End-to-end hospital supply chain, procurement, warehouse & inventory management
• Supply planning, demand forecasting, replenishment & stock optimization
• Procurement coordination and vendor/supplier management
• Medical, pharmacy, surgical & general consumables supply management
• ERP/HMIS-based procurement, inventory tracking, reporting & documentation
• Stock monitoring, reconciliation, audits & variance control
• Expiry, slow/non-moving stock monitoring and inventory loss prevention
• Cost control, consumption analysis & supply chain optimization
• Vendor performance evaluation, negotiation & contract coordination
• Development and implementation of Supply Chain & Inventory SOPs
• Compliance with hospital policies, quality standards & regulatory requirements
• Team leadership, performance monitoring and management reporting
• Ensuring uninterrupted availability of critical hospital supplies
