Manager Talent Acquisition

JOB PROFILE

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our growing business. This role will be responsible to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future workforce needs by managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to build strong talent pipelines while enhancing employer branding to position Sunshine Holdings as an employer of choice. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes, implement best practices in candidate selection, and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• More than 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in modern recruitment tools and platforms, and a data-driven approach to hiring
• A proactive, results-oriented professional with a passion for talent and innovation
