Manager - Talent Acquisition

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the non-mass recruitment, niche & Leadership hiring for the assigned business unit and adhere to quality and process guidelines
• Ensure the business recruitment strategies are followed and schedule regular meetings to monitor changes
• Maintaining MIS and dashboards for all metrics like on time hires, cost per hire, source mix, offer to joining ratios, D&I as well as quality of hires for individual assigned units.
• Ensure all hiring are effectively closed across all levels as per the plan and within the budgeted cost.
• Manage relationships with all key stakeholders including senior business leaders.
• Support the campus hiring initiatives and effective closure of campus drives.
• Ensure that new joiners are provided all information on HR processes in advance
• Responsible for managing ATS and updating details related to MPR in the tool.
• Assigning positions to the team member/s and ensuring the same are catered to
• Responsible for the development and handholding of the team member/s.
• Strong stakeholder management, managing EXCOs, leadership team.

Need to Have Areas

• 5 - 8 years of HR experience in Talent Acquisition role specializing in hiring and HR operations
• Hiring for critical roles like IT, Sales, Risk, Collection, Finance with high lead to offer conversion rate
• Must have led recruitment efforts with diversified approaches and strategies.
• Ability to negotiate and explain positive aspects of the role
