Manager - Talent Acquisition

About the Role

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment strategies and execution in Kenya and the broader East Africa region for a leading organization in the Dairy, Agro-Tech, and Farming sector. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders, design proactive sourcing strategies, manage the full hiring lifecycle, and build strong talent pipelines across key agricultural, dairy operations, technical, and corporate verticals.

Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle from requisition intake to offer closure across farm operations, dairy processing, agro-tech, and corporate functions.

2. Develop strategic sourcing initiatives using LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, talent mapping, and regional professional networks.

3. Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and define role requirements.

4. Enhance candidate experience and drive employer branding across recruitment touchpoints.

5. Track, report, and optimize key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire).

6. Ensure compliance with local Kenyan labor laws and employment regulations.

Qualifications

1. 6-10 years of talent acquisition / recruitment experience, including leadership or managerial responsibilities.

2. Strong knowledge of the Kenya talent market, regional compensation benchmarks, and labor laws.

3. Demonstrated expertise in passive candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and ATS platforms.

4. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
