Manager Taxation

• Handle Income Tax assessments for various group entities and represent the organization before Income Tax Authorities.
• Prepare and file appeals before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), and High Court.
• Prepare submissions and attend hearings along with tax consultants before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), ITAT, and High Court.
• Draft and submit replies to notices received from Income Tax Authorities.
• Review Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Accounts for quarterly and annual financial results.
• Prepare and finalize Income Tax Returns (ITR) for various group entities.
• Prepare tax provisions, including current tax and deferred tax workings, for quarterly financial results.
• Coordinate with tax auditors for tax audits by preparing audit schedules and providing all required information and supporting documents.
• Follow up with the Income Tax Department regarding outstanding refunds, pending rectifications, and appeal-related matters.
• Maintain and update records of tax scrutiny cases, appeals, and hearings to ensure smooth tracking and compliance.
• Perform any other taxation-related responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director or VP – Taxation from time to time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
