EY Consulting is made up of three sub-service lines: Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting and People Advisory Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise compliance programs across NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 1, SOC 2, ISMAP, IRAP, Cloud Security and AI governance frameworks.
• Design, implement and continuously improve enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance frameworks aligned with business objectives, customer commitments, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop compliance strategies, annual assessment plans, governance metrics and executive reporting mechanisms.
• Conduct compliance assessments, gap analysis, control testing, and audit readiness reviews.
• Evaluate effectiveness of key technology controls including but not limited to SDLC, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cryptography & Key Management, Data Protection & Privacy Controls, Vulnerability Management, Backup & Recovery etc.
• Assess cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP against security and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with engineering and cloud teams to embed security and compliance controls within cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead security, risk, and governance assessments for AI/GenAI/Agentic AI systems and platforms.
• Define remediation roadmaps and track closure of compliance findings.
• Drive automation of compliance and assurance activities through AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, GRC platforms, and workflow automation solutions.
• Establish governance mechanisms and reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders.
• Present compliance posture, risk insights, audit trends, and transformation roadmaps to executive management.
• Lead and mentor team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• Bachelor of Computer Applications
• Master of Science in Data Science
• Master of Business Administration
• Master of Computer Applications

Experience

• Cybersecurity (5+ years)
