REQUIREMENTS:

• Typically requires minimum 9+ years of experience
• Either Engineering or technical graduates
• Strong analytical and communication knowledge
• Strong Domain/Service Discipline knowledge Defined Benefits
• Knowledge of RKS/BA7 platform is preferable
• Exhibit wide-spread experience on all Defined Benefit modules
• Strong knowledge in MS Office, Mainframe, SQL
• Good understanding of all standard Procedure Documents
• Good Knowledge of Testing Procedures
• Should be able to Coach mentor team members
• Strong project people management skills
• Self-motivated, team player, action and result oriented.
• Manage stakeholder communication (internal/external)
• Experience to Lead client projects independently handle multiple clients
• Understanding of overall HROS Implementation/Ongoing methodology
