Job Summary

We are looking for a Manager - Technical Services OEM to drive technical support, OEM development, product development, market analysis, and strategic initiatives. The role will work closely with the Head of Strategy, Sales, RD, Plant, and Marketing teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and product recommendations to sales teams, customers, and business partners.
• Identify and develop OEM opportunities to generate business revenue.
• Design and deliver product and sales training programs for internal teams and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and RD on new product development and successful market launches.
• Conduct market surveys and analyze customer/market needs to support strategic decisions.
• Develop case studies, presentations, technical data sheets, brochures, and other sales/marketing collaterals.
• Coordinate with Plant and Sales teams for effective customer complaint resolution and improve the Customer Satisfaction Index.
• Manage CRM leads and support the development and implementation of the KAM module for key-account visibility.
• Identify cross-functional opportunities and convert insights into actionable business initiatives.
• Lead and support strategic projects in collaboration with the VP - Sales Technical Services and Head of Strategy.
