Manager Technical Services

This role will include all aspects of technical services, including testing, ratings, and approvals for BEMO products, as well as providing sales support and liaising with customers, Project Managers, Engineers, and other internal and external stakeholders. This hands-on position includes direct supervision of the drafting team of 2, along with coordination of production, development, and oversight of technical issues within the scope of the Technical Services Department. Responsibilities will include developing detailed 2D shop drawings and details for BEMO roofing and cladding systems; coordinating, reviewing, and marking up work with other drafters; verifying comments and updating drawings to ensure accuracy and conformance with established standards; creating bills of materials (BOMs) and fabrication tickets; performing CNC programming; and coordinating with Project Managers, Engineers, and the Shop Fabrication Manager to support project and fabrication requirements. The position will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining drafting standards and supporting the accuracy, consistency, and quality of technical and fabrication documentation.

• Experience in product testing & design review/analysis
