Manager Technique Odoo

Missions: Participate in pre-sales and technical consultations; Provide or validate workload estimates; Ensure activity reporting and escalate project alerts; Monitor performance indicators and deploy continuous improvement plans; Have a comprehensive and detailed understanding of all technical topics and a good grasp of project requirements; Identify technical risks associated with a project and communicate them to stakeholders, recommending action plans; Analyze, advise, and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of implemented technical solutions; Develop or validate deliverables (SFTD, Test Cases) and establish technical architectures/foundations; Provide technical expertise and take charge of project development; Develop and review standards and technical documentation for ERP technology and projects; Ensure the application of the escalation process; Manage crisis and conflict situations; Supervise development teams and lead the Responsibility for the design and technical quality of projects; ensuring the delivery of technical and documentary project deliverables and contributing to knowledge sharing; providing technical and methodological support and assistance to project teams; conducting technical monitoring and leading internal training sessions; participating in recruitment (technical interviews); ensuring and managing the integration of new recruits; reporting HR alerts related to their scope.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile: Excellent communication skills in French and English; strong leadership and team-building abilities; perfect technical and functional mastery of the Odoo ERP system; proven experience of at least 7 years in Odoo-specific development; mastery of Python, JavaScript, Owl, and Odoo frontend integration specifics, unit testing, Docker, and CI/CD.
