The opportunity: Manager-GOV-Tech Consulting-CNS - TC - Technology Strategy & Transformation - New Delhi

CNS - TC - Technology Strategy & Transformation

EY Consulting is made up of three sub-service lines: Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting and People Advisory Services.

Your key responsibilities

• Strong understanding of technology strategy and transformation concepts within government or public sector environments. Ability to assess current-state technology landscapes and define target-state architectures and roadmaps. Proficient in translating business and operational requirements into actionable technology solutions. Experience in supporting technology consulting engagements through research, analysis, and structured problem-solving. Capable of preparing clear strategic recommendations, transformation plans, and executive-level presentations.

Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• Master of Computer Applications
• Master of Business Administration

Experience

• Software Architecture (6+ years)
• IT Infrastructure Management (5+ years)
• Network Engineering (4+ years)
• Product Management (4+ years)
• Project Management (6+ years)
