Manager - Tele Sales.

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the telesales team to consistently meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets.
• They should have handled at least 50-100 Call center seats in sales before that.
• Implement effective sales strategies, including cold calling, lead qualification, and conversion techniques.
• Coach and mentor team members on product knowledge, negotiation skills, and customer handling.
• Monitor daily call volumes, conversion rates, and performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
• Analyze team performance data to identify training needs and areas for process improvement.
• Foster a collaborative environment between Sales Development and Sales teams to optimize the lead pipeline.
• Ensure all team interactions with potential customers align with company quality standards and compliance policies.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex customer queries to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
• Develop and refine scripts and call workflows to improve customer engagement and successful conversions.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management, including actionable insights for growth.
