Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the testing, qualification, and safe field method deployment of elevator installation and modernization products. The position will support new/modernization installation and service teams through electrical troubleshooting, commissioning assistance, process deployment, and resolution of complex field issues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute electrical, functional, and safety testing of modernization systems.
• Validate controllers, drives, safety circuits, sensors, and electrical interfaces.
• Develop and deploy safe installation, testing, and commissioning procedures.
• Support field teams with installation queries, troubleshooting, and technical escalations.
• Conduct hazard assessments and ensure compliance with EHS and engineering standards.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Track modernization programs and deliver testing activities within agreed schedules.
• Prepare qualification reports, safety reviews, and technical updates.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in elevator installation, modernization, commissioning, electrical testing, or field engineering.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and product-validation capabilities.
• Working knowledge of construction safety, risk assessment, EHS, and project management.
• Strong communication, teamwork, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
