Job Overview

• The Manager Trainee position is an entry level position for candidates to learn, understand and grow with Royal Auction Group. The Manager Trainee will work with the Branch Manager to learn all facets of the operations. A successful Manager Trainee will be able to complete all tasks within the branch. He/she will also grow with many aspects of the business in order to progress in the company towards a management position. The Manager Trainee will be the next pool of managers and are essential in the growth of Royal Auction Group.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage incoming and outgoing assets.
• Use auctioneer software and complete customer service tasks
• Assist yard associates in the organization of the auction yard into proper selling categories and rows.
• Document assets with pictures and proper descriptions.
• Work auctions as necessary. (Including some Saturdays)
• Assist in numerous auction preparation duties.
• Any other reasonable duty needing to be completed by management.

Qualifications:

• Computer Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, etc.
• Ability to identify and/or operate construction and lifting equipment as well as commercial trucks and trailers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
