What they need
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage training programs from planning to execution, ensuring effective delivery and impact on business objectives.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop Training Needs Identification (TNI) to inform program development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, deliver, and evaluate product and process trainings that meet organizational goals.
- Oversee LMS operations, including user management, reporting, and analytics to optimize training effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to training coordination.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Training Analysis, Training Delivery, Training Management, TNA/TNI concepts.
- Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams across various levels within the organization.
Required Exp:
2 Years of Manager Training experience in a contact center.
