Manager - Transformation Programme Management

• Identify and develop business opportunities across corporates, CSR teams, foundations and NGOs.
• Build relationships with prospective clients, understand their requirements, deliver product demonstrations, and drive conversions.
• Manage client engagement from initial discussions through onboarding, implementation and go-live.
• Coordinate platform configuration, data migration, training, user onboarding and implementation milestones.
• Work closely with internal product, technology and delivery teams to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships, drive platform adoption, and identify opportunities for renewals and business growth.
• Track sales pipelines, implementation progress, client feedback and programme outcomes.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
