Manager, Trial Delivery Management

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Trial Delivery Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Create and update trial-specific documents and guidelines
• Manage daily vendor activities and budget oversight
• Coordinate country and regional trial management activities
• Support training development for clinical programs
• Resolve trial-related issues and mitigate risks
• Contribute to process improvement activities across trials
• Mentor new team members in Trial Management

Qualifications

• BS degree in Life Sciences or equivalent preferred
• 8+ years in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or related industries
• Experience in pharmaceutical development processes
• Knowledge of clinical research across Phase I-IV studies
• 2-3 years leading global clinical trial aspects
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Skills in project planning, communication, and financial management
