Key Responsibilities

Personal & Administrative Support

• Manage calendars, appointments, correspondence, and follow-ups.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Provide administrative and operational support to senior management.

Project & Event Management

• Assist in planning and executing company projects, seminars, and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.

(Option) Career Development
