Manager – Workplace Development & Project Coordination

Role Purpose:

Lead end-to-end development of HPM offices across locations by coordinating with Design, HPM, Site, Finance, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved standards (views + specs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft layout, Coordinate with Design wherever necessary , HPM, and Site teams for office development projects (500–5,000 sq. ft.) across multiple locations.
• Drive space planning, layout finalization, and workplace setup as per approved standards and specifications.
• Manage tendering, vendor selection (CIVIL, Carpentry, MEP & White goods) , and execution through multiple agencies.
• Monitor project timelines, quality, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Review and validate vendor invoices and coordinate timely payment processing with Finance.
• Maintain project MIS, budget trackers, and management reports.

Qualification & Experience:

• Commerce Graduate or equivalent.

• 10–15 years of experience in Workplace Projects, drafting / finalizing layout/ BOQ / Tendering / command on auto-cad.

• Proven experience in setting up and managing multiple office projects simultaneously.

• Vendor management and commercial understanding.

• Advanced MS Excel and MIS reporting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills stakeholder management.
