Job Description – Dispatch Executive / Supervisor

Position: Dispatch Executive / Supervisor

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Coordinate with Customers, Production, and PPC to achieve daily customer requirements and dispatch schedules.
• Monitor Schedule vs. Supply and ensure timely dispatch as per customer requirements.
• Plan and manage daily dispatch activities and shipment schedules.
• Handle logistics and transportation for smooth and timely delivery.
• Manage and coordinate packing workers for dispatch activities.
• Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) practices are followed.
• Monitor and maintain dispatch inventory and stock availability.
• Ensure proper packing, documentation, loading, and dispatch of material.
• Coordinate with Production and PPC to ensure material availability as per dispatch schedule.
• Track pending dispatches and take corrective action to avoid delays.
• Maintain dispatch-related records, reports, and documentation.
• Use computer systems for inventory, dispatch planning, reporting, and documentation.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Dispatch & Logistics Management.
• Good experience in Customer, Production & PPC Coordination.
• Knowledge of Schedule vs. Supply monitoring.
• Experience in Packing Worker Handling and Dispatch Management.
• Good knowledge of FIFO and Inventory Management.
• Good Computer Skills, including MS Excel and ERP/software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
