Manager/Assistant Manager-Reinsurance

• Perform marketing and 1st round underwriting tasks for treaty and facultative businesses
• Maintain good relationships with clients. Travels and/or attend market events is necessary.
• Monitor the latest market development and explore business opportunities
• Review portfolio regularly and prepare business reports
• With knowledge / experience of outward operation
• Handle daily reinsurance operations, provide solution on system setting, settlement, claim recoveries, data reporting & special acceptance etc.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in reinsurance operations, with exposure to both Treaty and Facultative lines.
• Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel for data management) and familiarity with reinsurance administration systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication / negotiation skills, and ability to work under strict deadlines.
• ACII or other professional insurance qualifications is a plus.
• Native Cantonese, Mandarin & Fluent English
