Job Description

Marcor Industrial Services is looking for an experienced and dependable Manager/Driver to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing receiving, inventory, and logistics while also assisting with driving and transportation needs.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and able to coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and day-to-day logistics to help keep operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming shipments, receiving, and inventory
• Verify materials and equipment received against orders and documentation
• Organize and maintain accurate inventory
• Plan and coordinate deliveries, pickups, and transportation needs
• Manage day-to-day logistics based on project and operational needs
• Coordinate with project managers, office staff, vendors, and field personnel
• Track materials and equipment to ensure they are available when needed
• Identify and resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies
• Maintain an organized warehouse and receiving area
• Drive company vehicles to transport materials and equipment as needed
• Ensure vehicles, loads, and equipment are handled safely
• Assist with improving inventory and logistics processes
• Perform other operational duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous receiving and inventory experience required
• Experience planning and managing logistics
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Experience in construction, industrial services, warehousing, or a related environment is a plus

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of receiving, inventory, and logistics while helping ensure materials and equipment get where they need to be safely and efficiently.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour
