About the Role

Are you a recent graduate? Do you want to join the Human Resources department for a 6-month internship?

You will take an active role in the Learning area supporting the team in the following activities:

• Managing the flow of activities related to training projects and HR programs
• Monitoring the progress of related activities, ensuring the data accuracy to be uploaded in the LMS System (Learning Management System)
• Analyzing data and exporting ad hoc reports
• Within Group Learning, development programs
• Supporting preparatory activities for the classes
• Carrying out class activities

What You Need to Be Successful

• Master's degree in Management, Political Science, Economics, Humanities
• Good knowledge of Office Suite
• Good knowledge of both English and Italian languages (written and spoken)
