Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead all mechanical engineering, maintenance, and utility operations to ensure uninterrupted factory production and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for production machinery, boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC, and other mechanical utilities, as applicable.
• Monitor equipment performance, breakdowns, maintenance costs, spare parts inventory, and energy consumption to optimize equipment reliability and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, statutory requirements, buyer codes, and relevant inspection and certification requirements for mechanical equipment and utilities.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the mechanical engineering and maintenance team while coordinating with Production, IE, EHS, and other departments to minimize downtime and improve productivity.

Requirements

• Experience: 15+ years
• Education: master of science in mechanical engineering (m.sc. me)
