Manager/Lead Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager and or Lead Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in vehicle maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with a great attitude and positive outlook on life. This role requires leadership capabilities, as you will oversee technical operations, ensuring that all equipment and other employees operate efficiently and safely while providing great service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of technicians in the quicklube shop to be able to best satisfy the needs of our customers.
• Inventory management and ordering of materials.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections on shop tools and equipment.
• Utilize Computerized Electronic Service Manuals to be able recommend services based on the vehicle manufacturers specifications.
• Perform basic maintenance services to a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Lead the team in identifying a vehicles needs and conveying the resolution options to the customer.
• Ensure the complete process is run as smooth as possible while providing a high level of professionalism to our customers.

Experience

• Experience in a mechanic role with a focus on mechanical knowledge and maintenance practices.
• Strong understanding of basic computer skills to be able to operate the point of sale system & complete invoices for our customers.
• Previous field service experience is highly desirable, along with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Military experience related to mechanical fields is a plus but not required.
• Excellent analysis skills to assess issues quickly and implement solutions efficiently. Join our team as a Lead Technician where your expertise will contribute significantly to our operational success!

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
