Duties

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding food service while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring consistency and quality across all menu items
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions, order processing, and cash handling
• Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation regulations and safety protocols
• Process cash transactions accurately and handle retail sales transactions with professionalism
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, supporting food handling and preparation tasks
• Ensure compliance with food safety management practices and sanitation standards at all times

Experience

• Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Proven ability in food preparation, food handling, and restaurant operations
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on serving customers promptly and courteously
• Basic math skills for cash register operations, processing payments, and inventory management
• Experience in retail sales transactions, upselling techniques, and food industry standards is a plus
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and food safety regulations ensures smooth daily operations
