Manager's Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Manager’s Assistant to support our leadership team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing people and tasks, and can keep everything running smoothly under pressure.

As the Manager’s Assistant, you will be the right-hand person to the manager, handling a wide variety of tasks, delegating work effectively, and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Manager
• Delegate tasks to team members and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Manage and prioritise the manager’s schedule, meetings, and deadlines
• Coordinate projects and ensure smooth communication across teams
• Solve problems quickly and proactively as they arise
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
