Job Summary- Manager's Assistant

Location: Pineville, NC

we are a growing restarurant supply and food distribution company looking for a reliable and organized Manager's Assistant to join our team.

Duties

• Assist the manager with daily office operations and adminstrative tasks
• Process customer orders, prepare quotes, and follow up with customers
• answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiriess
• Coordinate with the warehouse delivery team, and vendors
• Maintain customer records and perform data entry
• Assist with inventory, purchasing, and other office duties as need

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United State
• Strong Communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office ( excel, word, outlook)
• Detail oriented, responsible, and able to multitask
• Previous office, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
