Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during your shift
• Lead, motivate, and supervise staff members to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Manage food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
• Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate food production to minimize waste
• Train new team members on food handling, customer service protocols, and operational procedures
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Conduct shift briefings, performance evaluations, and staff training sessions to foster continuous improvement
• Assist with budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and overall restaurant management to meet financial goals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly
• Experience in inventory control, food management, and managing hospitality teams is highly desirable
• Prior experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for order accuracy, cash handling, and financial analysis
• Demonstrated ability to train staff, supervise operations, and uphold high standards of customer service
