Role & responsibilities
- TBM, Bias Cutters, Bead Winding and Cold Preparation Area.
- Mechanical Breakdown and Preventive/Predictive maintenance Activities
- Improvement activities and Equipment Modifications
- Develop maintenance plan- condition monitoring to find out equipment health to avoid stoppage, breakdown analysis
- Monitoring Energy Efficiency parameters of Equipment's and take Corrective, Preventive Actions
- Spare parts planning and management
Preferred candidate profile
- Handle Mechanical maintenance Activities.
- Computer applications and SAP
- Experience in Operation, breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance of Mechanical Equipments
- Energy Management
- Co- Ordination and team building with production / engineering shift incharges.
Minimum Qualification-
Education-B.E., B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
