A leading Global Business Services (GBS) organization is looking for experienced Finance professionals to join its growing Finance Operations team supporting U.S. business operations.

Shift: 7:30 PM -4.30 AM | U.S. Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Finance teams across multiple portfolios
  • Oversee Finance Operations, Controllership, FP&A, AP, AR, Billing and Financial Controls
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and month-end close
  • Manage finance transitions, process migrations and stabilization
  • Ensure governance, compliance, SLA/KPI and internal control requirements
  • Partner with senior leadership and global stakeholders
  • Drive process improvement, automation, digital transformation and standardization
  • Provide financial insights, business performance analysis and strategic recommendations
  • Coach, mentor and develop finance professionals and Team Leads

Preferred candidate profile

MBA Finance / CA / CMA (Inter/Qualified) or equivalent Finance qualification
Strong experience in GBS / Shared Services / MNC environment
Experience supporting U.S. business operations preferred
Strong knowledge of FP&A, Controllership, P2P, O2C, R2R, Billing & Financial Controls
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and business partnering
Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
Exposure to SAP / S4HANA, Advanced Excel, Power BI and reporting tools
Experience in finance transformation, automation and continuous improvement
