Senior Manager, Speaker Programs & Peer-to-Peer Operations

We're partnering with an innovative biotechnology company to identify a Senior Manager, Speaker Programs & Peer-to-Peer Operations. This individual will build and lead the operational infrastructure supporting HCP speaker bureau, peer-to-peer, and patient education programs as the organization prepares for commercial launch.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning end-to-end speaker program operations from intake through closeout
• Managing speaker onboarding, contracting, training, payments, and compliance documentation
• Overseeing agency and vendor partnerships
• Driving program logistics, reporting, analytics, and budget management
• Establishing scalable processes, SOPs, and technology-enabled workflows
• Partnering cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Field teams to ensure compliant and effective program execution

Ideal background:

• 5+ years of experience in speaker bureau operations, meetings/events, commercial operations, field engagement, or related pharmaceutical/biotech functions
• Strong knowledge of HCP speaker programs and compliance requirements
• Experience managing external agencies and speaker program vendors
• Proven ability to build scalable operational processes in a fast-paced environment
• Launch or pre-launch commercial experience is a plus
