Manager/Supervisor

• Oversee daily operations of the company and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise staff across departments (sales, service, accounts, workshop, etc.).
• Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure targets are achieved.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and ensuring quality service.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers/vendors.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and update management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Motivate, train, and guide employees for better productivity.
• Support business growth by implementing new strategies and improving efficiency.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
