Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Manager or Supervisor to lead our restaurant team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards in food quality and safety. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, experienced in restaurant management, and eager to foster a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards.
• Lead and motivate team members, including interviewing, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, including POS transactions using POS systems.
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies to keep the restaurant well-stocked.
• Help with closing the restaurant and having the ability to work nights and weekends.

Experience

• Proven supervising or team management experience within the food service or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of restaurant management practices, including cash handling and staff scheduling.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team and foster a collaborative environment.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
