Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in senior management, business operations, General Management, or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing business performance, revenue, and operational costs.
• Strong commercial mindset with a good understanding of profitability, budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, develop, and manage a diverse team.
• Proven ability to set and achieve business targets and KPIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to translate business strategies into effective and measurable execution.
• Hands-on and proactive approach to managing day-to-day business operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, lifestyle, or other consumer-facing industries is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be based in Jakarta and take full ownership of the branch's business performance.
