Duties

• Provide strategic direction and overall management of the school or educational institution to ensure operational excellence and academic success
• Lead, motivate, and supervise staff members, including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Develop and implement educational programs that align with institutional goals and meet accreditation standards
• Oversee school administrative functions utilizing educational administrative software to streamline processes and enhance productivity
• Manage personnel recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives
• Cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, community partners, and regulatory bodies to promote the school’s mission and reputation
• Ensure compliance with local education policies, safety regulations, and childcare standards while maintaining high standards of quality in early childhood education centers

Skills

• Extensive experience in higher education teaching and administration with a focus on education management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and specialized educational administrative software
• Proven track record in school administrative director roles or similar leadership positions within educational settings
• Strong staff supervision skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
• Expertise in program development tailored to early childhood or higher education environments
• Exceptional team management and leadership capabilities that inspire excellence among staff members
• Deep understanding of childcare practices, early childhood education principles, and working with young learners
• Excellent writing skills for reports, proposals, policies, and communication materials
• Demonstrated experience in education administration at both school and university levels

Pay: $185,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
